Marque Free-Range Pork
Our pigs are born and raised outdoors, with access to straw-filled eco-shelters on farms across South-West Victoria. They have the freedom to roam, forage, and socialise naturally. This free-range environment not only supports the welfare of the pigs but also produces pork of outstanding flavour and quality.
They are fed a tailored, nutritionally balanced grain-based diet, free from growth promotants and hormones.
We raise modern hybrid pigs — Duroc, Landrace, and Large White — carefully bred to deliver exceptional pork with chefs and restaurants in mind. These genetics provide strong conformation, generous loin and eye muscle, and an ideal body size for whole-carcass utilisation, making Marque Free-Range Pork both versatile and efficient in the kitchen.

Marque RSPCA Approved Pork
Our RSPCA-approved farms uphold the highest standards of animal welfare, sustainability, and husbandry. Located primarily in Gippsland, Victoria, and across the border in South Australia, they are home to modern hybrid pigs — Duroc, Landrace, and
Large White — bred with chefs and restaurants in mind.
These pigs offer strong conformation, generous eye muscle, and the ideal loin length and body size for full carcass utilisation. Raised indoors at birth (sow-stall free) before moving to outdoor environments, they have space to roam, forage, root, and explore.
Our pigs are fed a tailored, natural grain-based diet, with no added hormones or growth promotants, ensuring exceptional flavour, consistency, and quality from paddock to plate.
