Our RSPCA-approved farms uphold the highest standards of animal welfare, sustainability, and husbandry. Located primarily in Gippsland, Victoria, and across the border in South Australia, they are home to modern hybrid female pigs — Duroc, Landrace, and
Large White — bred with chefs and restaurants in mind.

 

These pigs offer strong conformation, generous eye muscle, and the ideal loin length and body size for full carcass utilisation. Raised indoors at birth (sow-stall free) before moving to outdoor environments, they have space to roam, forage, root, and explore.

 

Our pigs are fed a tailored, natural grain-based diet, with no added hormones or growth promotants, ensuring exceptional flavour, consistency, and quality from paddock to plate.
